1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Nirvia Health, a product of Jnanakashi Technologies Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Software as a Service (SaaS)

Nirvia Health provides a cloud-based clinic and hospital management platform. The service is provided on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the passwords you use to access Nirvia Health. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and are solely responsible for any activities under your account. You must ensure that your use of the platform complies with all local healthcare regulations.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable. Jnanakashi Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change payment terms and subscription fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to you.
